I haven't, but I've heard they're good, so maybe I should…

I love the Myst series, played Myst, Riven, Myst III, Myst IV, Myst V, Uru and Uru (The path of the shell)

Riven was my favourite; the environments felt so real but also strange; John Keston who played Gehn portrayed a great villain too.

There are so many amazing locations in the series.

That's cool that you've played those. Have you checked out RealMyst? Also, did you play all of these on PC?

I've seen RealMyst but never played it, played them all on PC, played Myst on Windows 3.1 back in the day and Riven on Windows 98. The rest I played on Millenum and XP.

I haven't really played Myst but I know my brother has played it and he has a few of the games, even one of the books lol. You know those series that you get into for like a few days or a week and they kind of interest you? That's kind of what this franchise at least was, recently.

I think Riven must have been one of the games that took the longest to finish, I was about 8 years old and I could understand the easy puzzles, but some of the later ones like the mini domes kept me puzzled for years (we didn't have the internet to get any hints either) until one day we figured it out and we were on a roll.

How?? The game is creepy, and you were 8? Well, nice job playing it. :)
