I think I'd go with Globox, I like his lore from Rayman 2, and some of his quotes in Rayman 3. I'm not sure if his hitbox is bigger in UbiArt games too for when he slaps enemies. but it kind of seems like it is.

gonna second globox here HDFJNB he cute ok. aboslutely wonderful. i never play as anyone else in origins/legends (except globteen because i spirtiually relate also he looks insane)
anyway taht extends to the rest of the whole species too like uglette and etc
besides like Every weird ass frog guy/gal i like murfy too (at least in ubiart games anyway) and the magician (certainly mainly as a teensie here but i like the r1 design a ton too). tldr globox
