It's been very cloudy recently. Temps are still high, but it's started to rain/storm often for the past few weeks. Great, except I've started making walks a more routine thing for me. Not such a great feeling to be walking and then getting soaked by rain. Or when you have lightning crackling close to you (which happened once when I was at the park last week, spooked me a bit).

Even with all I know about lightning (triboelectric charging, dielectric breakdown, etc.), whenever I hear thunder it's hard not to think "someone is angry up there…"
I'll be driving through Nevada and climbing some mountains on the way. According to forecasts, the weather should be pretty good, so let's hope it stays that way!

It's been snowing on and off for the past few days, and there's talk of ice on the roads tomorrow morning. Everyone's saying it's "unseasonable", but it's my recollection that we've had a cold snap like this every March for at least the last six or seven years!
Right now as the Irish would say; the weather is shite!
It has been freezing and raining all day. I had to walk about 3km to see my doctor, then walked around shopping for a couple of hours. I had to stand at a bus stop for about 20 minutes getting drenched because I missed two busses in a row as I stood across the road from them.
Why is it so cold still... the weather's been really fresh and beautiful but it's averaging like 4 C most days, even dropping down to 1 at night. I wanna wear shorts in the warm sun already
It's actually pretty pleasant right now, I even sat in my hammock for a while. A bit on the warm side of things, but I'm okay with that since it's been miserable and rainy the last couple of days.
