I don't recall seeing that when I started playing again back in 2020. But then I was experimenting with getting it running in Wine so it probably just crashed

I think you need the following combination for it to play:
1. Have the file on your disc / CD image (it is not present on all copies)
2. Have the CD mounted (It is not copied to the hard drive by the installer, even if you use maximum install)
3. Have Language=French in Ubi.ini
4. NOT have YamakasiVideo=0 in Ubi.ini (the game adds it after the first run)
I suppose the idea was to show this trailer only to French-speaking audience, and only once (thankfully, as it cannot be skipped!)
P.S. I suppose it is possible that the code to play it was removed from later versions of the program - when the video itself was removed from the disc.
