How about that cutscene before beginning the Bayou in Rayman 2? Razorbeard deploys smaller warships to hunt Rayman down.

Question 20: In Rayman 2, when firing a Gold Fist that is fully charged, the resulting fireball makes a distinctive sound effect when it rebounds from a wall. Where else is this sound effect heard?

Well, the place you hear it can be reached faster by entering a certain cheat code, which was only discovered fairly recently ;)

Accessed with a cheat? I'd guess Menezis, though I don't know how you'd access it any earlier than the credits (other than in Revolution).

So it is in Menezis indeed, but I'd like to know what specifically makes that sound in Menezis. All may reanswer!

By the way, the wiki gives the following cheats for accessing Menezis:
In the Nintendo 64 version it is accessed by holding C-Left and quickly and repeatedly pressing the A+B buttons simultaneously during the credits. In the PC version it is accessed by the player waiting at the end screen of the game's credits until it appears or by typing "SHOOTEMUP" during the credits.

OK, lumgum gets the point. The actual answer is that the sound effect is made when an enemy (a red X or O) fires at you in Menezis. Onwards!

There's the can in the first phase of Clearleaf Forest, the first HMF can you receive from a Teensie in the third phase of Clearleaf Forest (the teensie cage behind a door at the bottom of that tower of crates), and the one you get from freeing the Teensie behind bars in the second phase of Tower of the Leptys.
