I have it too, but after playing it I feel the 3DS version was made to be easier. Definitely prefer the PC version over it. Origins renewed my interest in Rayman though, so I do like the game a lot.

Yes that is true, they cut out that really awesome level after the reveal (the one where you're running all over the moving platforms and such),
and skill coins are now worth 50 lums instead of 25
