I didn't want to post until I had tested every new contribution, so I could give proper feedback. That's why I didn't give any update for a while. Though there have been so many posts here that I think it's best if I only reply to the most important contributions for now.

Yep, I sure did! Again, really nice work! Unfortunately, quite a few of these have errors and will have to be adjusted/redone:
This happens because the different parts aren't positioned, rotated and scaled EXACTLY like in one of the existing duck sprites. Also, in some cases (the teensy prisoner fools, teensy_bunny and teensy_weforest for example), you made the images bigger than the existing duck images, which you shouldn't do. In short, everything should be exactly like the existing duck pack images: if you resize or use slightly different positions, it won't work.
Here's a list of all the skins with issues (I highlighted some of the ones I fixed myself in green):
- rayman_raybolt: Main head sprite seems too big and incorrectly aligned
- rayman_weforest: Main head sprite seems too big and incorrectly aligned, mouth sprite seems to be incorrectly positioned too
- Rayman (christmas, egyptian, faraday, raybread, rayfreeze, raywizard, raywizdark, renaissance, samuray and spaceray): all of these have a bigger texture and a sprite layout (individual sprite positions/rotations etc) that I don't recognize from any of the sprites I provided as examples. Which existing sprite did you use for the layout for these? If this is a custom layout then I'm afraid I won't be able to use these at all...

- globox_weforest: cut off in-game because various sprites are misaligned
- globox_egyptian: cut off in-game because various sprites are misaligned
- globox_summer: cut off in-game because head has the wrong position/scale
- globox_glombrero: almost OK, but the head is a little too big - the hat gets cut off near the top
- teensy_candy: was missing its mouth, but I fixed this
- teensy_bunny: image width was changed, ears were misaligned, but I fixed this
- teensy_weforest: image width was changed, hat was misaligned, but I fixed this
- teensy_adventure (or teensy_punk as you named it): missing its mouth, his goggles get cut off, there's stuff floating behind his head. I redid this one from scratch.
- teensy_prisonerfool (all of them): image width was changed, hat was misaligned. I redid these one from scratch.
Don't be discouraged though - overall you did an amazing job: 60 of the new skins now have working duck forms! Every single teensy is now fully duck-ified too. That's an incredible amount, way more than I ever expected.

If someone could review these textures in the game (I don't know how to replace textures and I'm afraid to move something that I shouldn't) it would be quite good, to see if they come out as they should be, and if something was missing to be done, I could correct it or something, that will depend ^^

For custom skins (pirate red, dark Rayman etc) I don't think I'll be integrating any of those, sorry (but there might be a way to add new costume paintings to it later...). Dark Rayman looks awesome though, so it's tempting.
As for suggestions like the logo and localization help, thank you but currently I don't need them (world names aren't finalized yet, so better to wait with the logo). If I ever need help with that I'll ask!
