Good lord, you did *not* want to join this place. It was pretty bigoted. Not to mention some, uhh... 'incidents'.

Well, it was mostly the doing of a handful of ill-intended individuals, who we had a hard time getting rid of because they were threatening to target innocent users should we force them out. It took time and perseverance, but we eventually rid of this place of those rotten apples and there hasn't been a single incident for about four years now.

That's awesome great work that must have took awhile you really did a lot for this site and i find that awesome compliment of the day complete in all seriousness that is awesome and I'm greatful that people can still enjoy this site today without incidents
Thanks for the kind words, Crash! In retrospect, there are things we could have handled better, but what matters most is that we solved the problem in the end, and people like you enjoying this place is the best indicator we have of that!
I vaguely recall something about it, but I can't remember the exact reasoning. What I do recall was the eventual problems caused by the clocks being out of sync, the worse it got. Sadly during those times, things about the servers started becoming a meme around here.
I remember that Hunch generally had to stay on top of Romano to get it fixed, since sometimes it would take a while for it to even get fixed to begin with.
Well now these days, I have to deal with consistently waiting to be verified as human every now and then so the system must think I leave every 30 minutes or something.
