Yeah, you're right, this would be the first time I try to both speedrun the game and get 100K, even back in the day when I used to play the game a lot, I just had fun playing the levels, never cared about points or completion time. I guess I underestimated how difficult this was going to be.

You don't have to martyr yourself so much for not having reached 100k points, if you have never focused on making combos it's normal that you find it quite strange. There are many videos and help guides in this forum that can help you. Luckily, there is only one way to learn, and that is by playing

Also, I'd like to point something out... Even if there's a potential $100 prize, I think it's important not to get obsessed. If I've learned something from crew battles in GTA 5 (unfortunately I've encountered a lot of crappy people there), it's that you should never get so obsessed with winning, because you don't enjoy the learning process or the event itself. And when you enjoy neither one thing nor the other, then there's no point in continuing to play.

Yeah, at least it was fun playing the game again (however I must say, Murfy's is kind of annoying, don't know why it didn't bother me when I was younger).

I'm not familiar with Terraria, but that sounds like a brilliant idea!

To clarify, you leave behind a random gravestone whenever you die in Terraria. If you gather enough graves somewhere, it will turn into progressively into a spooky Graveyard mini-biome the more graves you add, with its own creatures, misty atmosphere and unique features (such as unique items sold by NPCs if you make them live inside)!... Terraria: a game so hard that your corpses will become their own biome.

when i rage quit rayman 2 and then come back with courage to beat it,only to face the man made horrors gazing upon me..okay well not thaaaat hard but i do remember having a massive issue of skill when i first played it (i got stuck at the sanctuary of rock and fire for a long time,as i get very easily confused with where to go)
