Dragon's Lair 3D: Return to the Lair
Good thing I just downloaded on Internet Archive, then I played this game. If we see death scenes how Dirk gets to be skeleton, it would be.
If, wondering about Halloween though.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I've been replaying Rascal on my new pc via Retroarch. I have an actual copy, but that's out in the living room and I've already completed it. (I didn't wanna delete my data.)
I love that game even though I know it's not well liked or shoved into the "worst PlayStation game" spotlight all the time. (I can't even place Bubsy 3D there, because I like Bubsy & I'm good at it too! I have a soft spot for reviled & disliked games.)
Though I don't particularly like the Alantis present level because the water you can't swim in does a lot of damage and 1-up caps are hard to come by & don't respawn. It's really tough even for me, and I've got a handle on the tank control scheme! I don't like the Pirate Ship set of levels either, since Callum "Rascal" Clockwise, the player character (his name was Mac originally) was once a lot smaller during development and had Mario 64-like movement before the developers switched it to something like Tomb Raider's tank controls because it was popular at the time. But yeah, the smaller character design choice early on really shows in the ship levels. It's so cramped.
Dodgy City (Wild West) past, Alantis past & the very first past level, Castle Hackalott are my favorite levels. Hollywood (Wild West present) is probably up in the favorites list too.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
As of my recent my game was Mario Kart Double Dash. Tomorrow I'm gonna switch to Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet (yes both, my sister asked me to do something for her with her Scarlet)

Re: What games are you currently playing?
The only game that I've played recently is Pokemon Colosseum. And every version of MDK2. In Colosseum's case I'm working on purifying the last shadow batch so I can take on the Deep Colosseum and round up the very last two I still need to snag. Maybe grab Ho-oh, too.
In MDK2's case, I'm playing the PS2 version with my two siblings, so there's one character per person. I play Kurt since I played the first MDK beforehand. We're close (Level 8 of 10) so in the meantime I played through the DC prototype, the jankily emulated Wiiware port, and PS2 version (again) and got them all to Level 8. Back to back and on my own. Having to fight with/adapt to the differently remaped controls and seeing all the differences in each has been very interesting! Once we complete our PS2 version I'll clean up the rest.
I've completed MDK (PS1, DOS, and JP versions) multiple times over and definitely haven't lost my mind. (That's the aliens' job!

Ooooh, I wish you the best of luck then! I finished Colosseum sometime ago and need to finish up with XD too at some point. Getting Ho-oh will be difficult but you can do it!ChronicTraitor wrote: Sat Aug 26, 2023 6:54 am The only game that I've played recently is Pokemon Colosseum. And every version of MDK2. Re: What games are you currently playing?
I'm pretty confident I can pull it off with the stupidly effective team I threw together. There wasn't much room for choice with movesets or tm's so I had to get pretty creative. They haven't failed me yet, so I'm hoping things go well when I get around to it!The Jonster wrote: Sat Aug 26, 2023 7:00 amOoooh, I wish you the best of luck then! The separate from the main game 100 round Battle Mode challenge for Ho-oh is going to be...something, that's for sure.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Hmmmm I wonder if you're using just the Pokemon from the game or ones from the GBA games too? I can understand the limited choices though tbh. The changes to move effectiveness didn't start until gen 4.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
I'm planning on playing R3 when I beat the RRR story mode
I know a youtuber whose favorite game is that, I think it's GamingMagic, or something like that.PopuriAO29 wrote: Sun Aug 06, 2023 8:24 pm Dragon's Lair 3D: Return to the Lair

Never heard of that but I hope you beat it soon!
Re: What games are you currently playing?
Just finished Gabriel Knight 20th Anniversary Edition a couple of days ago.
Mustering some energy to start on Doom Eternal... Might go back and complete RRR story mode in the meanwhile.

Last month I finally finished playing Zelda TOTK after like 170 hours and I can say I enjoyed it
I'm now playing Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope to get ready for the DLC

Wow, good job on finishing TOTK! I hope you find fun with Sparks of Hope, I'd like to get this game someday, just not quite yet.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Thanks! I would like for a master mode to be released for TOTK because I would like to redo the final boss in the hardest way possible.
I have found it just a bit disappointing as I had all the hearts and powerful weapons, so it was very easy defeating the last boss
I am already having a lot of fun with Sparks of Hope, I love the battle system and I generally like RPGs!
I just don't like those things that were made to make this game more suitable for children, like the simplicity in certain things and the silly jokes in this game, but hey I am an adult so I think it's normal I do not really enjoy these things
