I can't stand people who don't have a culture, Recently I heard a story of a granny who had an attic full of collector's games including Rayman Gold, and she will put them in the garbage dump ! This is exciting! I remember Rayman Origins being teased for the first time, and it felt like it's been forever since we've had an actual Rayman game... and now it's been 10 years since Legends, damn. Very glad to see Rayman back, kind of, and I hope his true return is to happen soon. I love all the little references, like the Walking Shell or those powerups from Rayman 3, they really bring me back. I've done a lot of thinking about Rayman in the last few months, or rather about the enormous impact the games have had on my taste, and how they shaped my artistic style since early childhood - I'm about to release my solo album, and only now do I realise that certain parts of it have been greatly inspired by the music of Rayman, and that sent me on this whole trip down memory lane. Having been pretty much raised by this forum, and having met so many people from around the world, all since the age of 9, uh... I forgot where this sentence was going. I'm just getting sentimental! Funny how that works. Hope to hear some more news on Rayman one day.

Glad to hear that it brings back such good memories for you! It's true that I'm getting some Rayman Origins release vibes here, even though it's a just a small DLC which doesn't even take place in Rayman's universe or feature any other Rayman character besides the hero himself. Speaking of which, this is probably my biggest disappointment with the DLC, as I would have preferred a true immersion in Raymans' world (didn't ilovelums27 say that the Donkey Kong DLC does just that?), but all we got is a bunch of studio props and the occasional reference. None of the enemies are even Rayman-related, they're either Rabbids, Mario enemies, or a mixture of both. But hey, at least it's something. The game is fun to play, and the best part Rayman-wise is the inclusion and modernization of the Vortex and Shock Rocket powerups for which they did a really great job. Let's see what comes next!

The first thing I would like to point out is that the debate you had reached a point where it wasn't a debate anymore. When we warn that not everyone will agree with your opinions (not only moderators, but also other users) is precisely to relax the tone and not to pass to mutual disrespect. If the off-topic is punctual and is relatively related to the main topic, absolutely nothing happens. The problem is that it has been two pages of "debate" that has gone nowhere.

If it's going to be a cordial and pleasant conversation, I would say that you can do this in any of the forums related to Rayman Origins or Rayman Legends. Now, I think you need to understand that your discussions never have to devolve into constant disrespect for two pages. Honestly, I don't think it does you both any good, nor any good to other users.
