< recently found out about MS Paint getting some upgrades in the future.
< will probably upgrade to Windows 11 if those features don't become available for Windows 10 users.

< thought they were talking about getting rid of MS Paint altogether a few years ago (in favour of Paint 3D)

<'s sorry to hear about ^'s unfortunate week. < hopes this week will be better for ^.DaveRattlehead wrote: Fri Sep 22, 2023 9:08 pm < would have posted this message in the + and - topic, but that would have meant double posting. < had a horrible week not only because < had to spend around 12 hours at work and leave between 8:00 and 8:30 pm almost every day of the week, but also because < cut himself with a glass on Wednesday (it isn't explicit, it's just the dressing covering the entire cut). < has heard similar things before. < thinks there was a great push for it a while back when MS were big into their AR phase, they also added apps like 3D Viewer and such, but as with a lot of things MS insistingly pushes on their userbase...it didn't take.PluMGMK wrote: Sat Sep 23, 2023 8:52 pm < thought they were talking about getting rid of MS Paint altogether a few years ago (in favour of Paint 3D)Was that fake news?

< is intrigued by the updates to MS Paint tho, adding things like layers is a simple but verry useful addition for basic image edits.
< also wishes Dave the best and hopes their week will improve
Funnily enough, despite <'s interest in the Pokémon franchise, < has never really taken much to Go. < hopes it provides a sufficient motivator however, park walks are nice and surprisingly relaxing. The Jonster wrote: Tue Sep 26, 2023 8:46 am < has started returning to walking. < thinks downloading Pokemon Go and using it is helping to inspire < to start walking around in parks again. < isn't that interested in the game itself but rather getting certain Pokemon in that game to transfer back to <'s Shield game.

< says hi to Master. < was at the dentist today to get a filling in one of <'s teeth which is close to the front, due to it having a stain.

< says thanks, and that it was ok. < does find it to be an uncomfortable experience, but not scary just as ^ says. < thinks the idea of all those rotary drills in your mouth along with the injections (if necessary), and the dentist's gloves sqeaking against your teeth, definitely make for an uncomfortable experience.Master wrote: Tue Sep 26, 2023 8:18 pm Soup< hopes it wasn't too uncomfortable, < doesn't find dentists too scary, but having someone root in your mouth ain't the most comfy

< agrees that it would be an uncomfortable experience. Add on a couple hours to that and not only is it uncomfortable it also gets tediously boring!

< knows that feeling, < tends to talk to <self when <'s alone about things, which happens often actually.
The worst case that can happen from all this is that <'s PCP officially diagnoses < with diabetes, but < won't be seeing her until at least April 2024. Considering the <'s blood glucose check the nurse gave < this morning was still below that threshold, < believe that < can pull this back even if the A1C is barely in that range. Just need to plan in small steps.

For <, what bothers < most about having to get a filling or root canal is not actually any of the drilling or poking around in <'s teeth and all that, it's actually when the dentist pokes <'s gums to inject the anaesthesia along with how long it takes, which is usually an hour or more.Steo wrote: Tue Sep 26, 2023 10:16 pm < says thanks, and that it was ok. < does find it to be an uncomfortable experience, but not scary just as ^ says. < thinks the idea of all those rotary drills in your mouth along with the injections (if necessary), and the dentist's gloves sqeaking against your teeth, definitely make for an uncomfortable experience.![]()

Eh, <'s not a common face here anymore. Hell chances are when things pick up for < again, < shall once again vanish into the aether. Such is life.
Sounds like ^ has a solid enough makings for a plan, < will cheer ^ on and hope that they can get thru it. For <, < got obsessive over step counts and that's kinda how < started walking a lot more. Apparently numbers going up work for a feeble minded idiot such as < xD.The Jonster wrote: Wed Sep 27, 2023 5:08 am < knows that feeling, < tends to talk to <self when <'s alone about things, which happens often actually.
