Re: The Spooky Raymansion 2
We're getting a fourth game, everyone! And it seems to be an ambitious mix of everything the trilogy had built!

Re: The Spooky Raymansion 2
It sure gives you the sense of something that's going to be great! Though, like for the previous Spooky Raymansion trailers, it's quite sure this music won't be used in the game, it's just something that was pulled from YouTube.
I wonder which tracks Ryemanni is going to use this time! So far, he used some ambient tracks from Rayman 2 and 3, and then he extended that to M/Arena for the third Spooky Raymansion (+Metal Gear Rising for the boss theme). There are still some creepy ambient music he didn't use for those games, so I think that's what we'll get.
[EDIT: The game now has its own page!]
Speaking of which, here's the complete tracklist from the past games for anyone interested!
The Spooky Raymansion 1 (also used in the second game's Level 2* and the chase theme is used in every game):
Chase theme:
The Spooky Raymansion 2:
Title screen:
Level 1:
Level 2: *
Level 3:
Level 4:
Level 5/Level X:
The Spooky Raymansion 3:
Title screen:
Level 1:
Level 2:
Level 3/Level 4:
Level 5:
I love how such ambient tunes we usually don't pay attention to in the official games can make for such great horror atmosphere!

Re: The Spooky Raymansion 2
I gave the game its own article on Rayfanpedia! I've just dealt with a few forgotten mistakes/forgotten links, so it should be clean of any issues!

Here are compilations of mine showcasing the series' jump scares for anyone who wanted to see them in action:
(2019-2021): https://youtu.be/1vEmiQ-CP54
(2019-2023): https://youtu.be/EAlwPdS5gtI
Here's also an archive of the "official" trailers for the second game (and the rest of the old trilogy) as they got kind of lost since Ryemanni deleted his Twitter account:
And indeed, for anyone that may have missed it, Return to The Spooky Raymansion (aka The Spooky Raymansion 4) was released last year!
It features many throwbacks to The Spooky Raymansion 2 and is more of a proper sequel to it both in terms of story and gameplay! (The third game took place in a nightmare and removed the Tings)

Re: The Spooky Raymansion 2
Yes, Rayman himself says he "killed Noseless in a dream once" in the final level, and Ryemanni talked about it again in Return's stream.
He also said a fifth game isn't out of the question, "but don't hold your breath"!

Re: The Spooky Raymansion 2
Bump. No news this year as of yet regarding the potential Spooky Raymansion 5 (so it may be another year skip like for Return if Ryemanni does ever make it), but I do have a few interesting things regarding the older games and mostly TSR2!
I considered making a soundtrack video in the past when it was merely a trilogy, but I quickly decided against it as it's mostly just tracks from official Rayman games we already have on RayTunes and everywhere on YouTube...
But I did a bit of work on it back then, and so, here's a sort of album cover that I salvaged from a prototype thumbnail for it! Feel free to use it if you make your own personal custom album for the trilogy!
An older version without the extra "1" and "dashes", and with many disgusting rogue pixels mostly in the TSR1 part:
So, by downloading an older compatible version of UndertaleModTool, I finally managed to check more of The Spooky Raymansion 2s data.win and looked at the rooms!
And I can finally put to rest one fear that may have plagued the mind of many players: There's indeed no Lum hidden in Level X!
And while I still haven't solved the mystery of the seemingly unused Noseless Rayman face (fittingly named "dontopen", so it was the mysterious file I talked about years ago), I did notice three suspicious sounds files that may either have shared the same fate or reinforce the theory of a secret that has never been found... They are named "doorbell", "key", and "thevault" and are all way too suspiciously creepy for what their names imply, especially the last one...
All these four files have in common the fact that there's no prefix ("s", "snd", etc.) for them unlike all the other files.
There seems to be no object counterpart for "dontopen", further confirming it isn't used...
At least, from analyzing all of the game's rooms and their list of objects, I couldn't find anything hinting at those things or any other secret, so the only way these things could be triggered in-game would be something like a cheat code if Ryemanni did implement one, but I doubt there's actually anything. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
