Interesting, why is that now?

I kinda figured out how to do the damage boost. It basically works like the gateskip damage boost, with pressing the jump button twice and getting hit in the right spot. The difference is just in the timing because you actually wanna perform the damage boost quite delayed. Also if you play it save your not really risking breaking any of the nmg rules. But still the damage boost is not easy but can save over half a minute!

That is pretty good news, the risk of breaking the NMG rules was clearly the biggest problem.

Not the most optimal shoe and a small mistake in ls3. Still worthy to submit in my opinion. Sub 6:30 should be possible.

This reminds me of when I tried to reach a high score in the Longest Shortcut, the shoe section was a real pain in the ass because you needed to get as many hits as possible in a combo before collecting a green gem, and I was never good at this.

This reminds me of when I tried to reach a high score in the Longest Shortcut, the shoe section was a real pain in the ass because you needed to get as many hits as possible in a combo before collecting a green gem, and I was never good at this.

That sounds tedious... how many times do you need to hit it in a single combo?

Not the fastes hook strat and lost like half a second to bad camara. That and the fact that im still 2 seconds faster then my old pb really shows that this strat is the fastes.
