How do you sleep?

I generally sleep on my back or my side, depending on what feels most comfortable at the time. Though the one thing I always have to have when I try to sleep is my box fan running. The noise and air flow just helps me sleep better. I can't sleep when it's just quiet. I don't know how some people can do it, but I know I can't.

This is what I do before I go to bed too. I always need to have a fan on (I tend to leave both my ceiling fan and tower fan on), as the air flow and the cool breezes help me sleep much better than without it. I almost never would feel comfortable sleeping in a warm/hot environment unless it's freezing cold outside.
