I'm real interested to see the remaining DLC for Sonic Frontiers. I played it with my sister some time ago and I found the open-world e ploration aspect curious.

It took me a second to understand that because the X-less "exploration" broke across two lines on my phone :P

On Windows, Alt+0160 does a non-breaking space to prevent that :hap:

That's a great choice! My favorite game personally, is still Sonic Adventure! Played this as a kid along with Sonic Adventure 2 and the older games via Sonic Mega Collection, and the Adventure games have stuck with me since. :)

I believe it has its good points, but my favorite part about this game is that it lets me choose multiple characters and I get to play their stories instead of just Sonic's. Which previously on ly S3&K did with Knuckles and a couple of the later entries does.

I never finished Unleashed myself. I wish I could play the PS3 version of Unleashed though, that one seems like fun! (I only have the Wii/PS2 version)

Same, I played it on Wii and never managed to beat the levels of the last world! I was too young and stupid to beat it

I was already in high school when I got Unleashed and Colors, but haven't gotten the motivation to pick up either game and actually play the whole way through yet. I only got to the nighttime utorial in Unleashed and just kind of stopped.

I agree to some extent, I think S3&K is where the series peaked.
But I really do like SA1 tho

My cousin and I used to play against each other on SA2's multiplayer on Gamecube all the time. Good times! :mryellow:

I could never get past those stupid Knuckles' levels.

Is the rest of the game better than SA1?, love that game.

I'm not sure if I ever even got there, it's been a while since I've played.

Oh god, SA2's Rouge levels!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've got fond memories of coming home after Christmas dinner at grandma's back in 2005-ish, hopping on the Gamecube to play some SA2, and then getting extremely frustrated at the Rouge levels specifically the dreaded Security Hall. Oh my lord just seeing the name brought back so many core memories. No idea why kid me struggled so hard with those levels!

Oh my gosh, I love Security Hall and its music! My cousin loves it too, and she's really good at this level. Everytime I played multiplayer against her I would always lose. I've gotten better at locating the chaos emeralds since then but I admit that she's probably still better than me looking for them there.

Mad Space though.......eesh. :beurk:

I totally forgot that the game had a multiplayer mode for SA2. I mostly played and consumed the single player story on that game multiple times. I too enjoyed this game on the Gamecube. I really loved it. I then later got SA1 to play too.

I did end up later replaying both games on the Dreamcast. I think in some ways the Dreamcast version had better lighting/shaders in place compared to the port?
