< played a little bit of R3, but the save file now has a score that's currently too high for < to reach. Guess < has to start over from the beginning. < would like to see the base of what < can reach first in regards to <'s score (which right now is at 0, again!)

< looks forward to trying out the game again too, though < isn't expecting to just instantly be as good as < was where < left off, especially since it won't be on Xbox unless < actually gets one of those over here. It would be just easier for < to start over on PC than have to get an Xbox, and it also would make it easier to stream etc.

< had ended up going to the store to get some wrapping paper and stuff since we're getting low.

< found some cute pink mini mouse ones < thought for <'s niece. <'s mom ought to like some of the cute stuff I picked out.

< just realised Christmas is almost here, and < hasn't had any eggnog yet. < should spend today or tomorrow looking for some nice eggnog to drink for <'s pleasure.

< will be travelling to <'s girlfriend's parents house tomorrow, where < will spend a few weeks over the Christmas season! < is hoping everyone has all their Christmas shopping done!

< Ended up getting an InstantPot pressure cooker for the office, since that would be nice to be able to boil water for Mac and Cheese with. < has bought up around ^ before about our damn hot plates that suck ass on 120VAC.

< somehow ends up getting killed at 2:47 in one of the weirdest ways.

< points out that you walked onto the floating platform before it was fully upright (i.e. when the blades were still slightly facing Rayman)… Ouch!

< suddenly thought back to this conversation while < was watching ^'s third video about plums on a whim.



At around 5:15, Rayman is randomly crushed by the regenerating plum similarly to what happened with < on the platform's edge. < supposes anything solid that lands on top of Rayman will cause him to disintegrate instead of just hurting him.

< is currently working during a power outage that impacted the whole block. None of the cash registers work since the computers are down, and none of the cooking equipment works either, so all < can do is sweep and wipe down the counters. < is thoroughly creeped out from the eerie silence and the darkness of the kitchen.

< finally got around to wrapping some gifts today, though < is now tired.

Best part of the day was the nice home made pie from a local mom and pop restaurant in town.

< slept for way too long. < went to bed at about 1AM, and is only getting up now. < was awake for a while though at some point, but < just kept falling back asleep. < was even getting sleep paralysis again, so < was definitely overtired.

< actually went to bed later than ^ for once! < was up watching Ghostbusters II till 1am and then tried screwing around with trying to fix some stupid problem involving Qt6 and openssl (the matter still pends…)

< agrees with ^. Staying up late sucks, but in the end it's the only way < can have some free time after work. Also, that isn't a big problem for < anymore, as < has unfortunately get used to sleep only about 5-6 hours.

< practiced to do a superjump in Rayman 3. It took a few tries but < is getting used to the steps to doing them. < has only done them in Clearleaf Forest 2 though, < should probably try in some of the other locations < has seen others do them in.

< agrees that falling into the habit of staying up late sucks. It's not nice feeling tired all the time and being restless.
