Lulz, somehow I forgot that mode existed in Mario Party 5.

What I can tell you is that Mario Party games are much better on Gamecube and N64 than on either Wii or Switch.
Okay that I can agree with. What nobody really can argue tho is that MKW is best Mario kart

I tried out Super Mario Wonder yesterday, and so far I think the levels seem kind of abstract, like things are a little bit random compared to other games, such as being able to move some pipes etc. It seems fun though, and I want to play more of it at some point.

Yeah, I really enjoyed the game myself, Super Mario Bros. Wonder sure is an improvement compared to all the New Super Mario Bros. games.
It is not predictable and repetitive, I like how the game keeps surprising you (and I am not talking about the effects of the Wonder Flower in each level), I also liked how they modernized the game, like for example getting rid of the timer that only gives you anxiety on finishing the levels in time
Without talking about the animations and style of this game, I really enjoyed seeing the playable characters being more expressive

On Christmas I got the chance to try out Super Mario Bros. Wonder as well! :mryellow: I was really glad I could.

After playing so much of the older Super Mario Bros. titles in the past, I thought it put a nice twist on the gameplay. Absolutely loved how they added the badge system!! :mryellow: Reminded me of playing so much Paper Mario: TTYD as a kid. I was really pleasantly surprised with the game. Definitely lots of fun with more players. I do kinda miss the being able to jump on your teammates' heads thing, but it's a fair trade-off considering all the other cool features the game has to offer. One of my favorites is that the "leader crown" thingy is given to whoever scores the highest on the flagpole at the end; it's led to competition and some hilarious results with my family.

Well I'm glad you guys are enjoying the game! Meanwhile I'm still on level 4 and probably will be passed by everybody else because i have a large amount of games to play and this one happens to be on the back of my mind.

Well I am glad that you enjoyed the game! Meanwhile, here I am still on level 4 because I put my game on hold for playing Pokemon Violet's DLC (and the later to be released epilogue, so there's that too)!

I'm curious if you ever finished the game. I'm so slow lately with even starting games. :P

Oh yeah I was actually lol. I still didn’t start the game, wanted to finish Super Mario Party and Pokémon Sword for my Switch first before giving the latter back to my sister.

I've been hearing very good stuff about this game as well, I usually don't like party games because I find them boring to play alone.
Maybe I could buy it just to play with my friends since it's the only way I am able to enjoy this kind of game :)

Same here, that’s what I’m thinking of doing. Jamboree looks promising. I think I’ll wait longer though.

Yes that’s what I’m planning. I’m more excited for this game than I was for the previous 2 party games. :D
