I was sure someone was going to mention Mr Skops and the Mad Drummer, but sadly none of them is the character I am thinking of! :oops2:
Here's another clue:

Riddle 3
Clue 1: This character is taller than Rayman
Clue 2: This character is seen fighting against Rayman
Clue 3: This character is limbless
Clue 4: The main colour of this character is red
Clue 5: This character has never appeared in a Rayman game
