I have an issue with R1 in RCP. Namely it does not seem to be possible to play it in complete full screen even with aspect ratio correction enabled (that is, with no black borders on the top and bottom, or a large one on the bottom), though it is with Designer.

For the record, I am using Forever.

What resolution do you have on your screen? It might help to search for related issues with DOSBox since it's more related to that than how RCP works in this case. It's odd it works for Designer though, are you certain all the settings are identical for both games? For me it displays in fullscreen just fine with the default settings (which includes having aspect ratio correction disabled).

Well, I have looked into it, and have discovered that it has to do with the Per-Level Soundtrack, or rather with the version of DOSBox it uses.

Looked more into this and have confirmed that having the Per-Level Soundtrack enabled is the cause of the problem. (Having it installed is fine, having it enabled is what causes the display issue.)

i cant get Rayman 2 to work with this control panel it keeps telling me its not a valid exactable even though i bought the game and downloaded it off of Ubisoft connect i have a blurry screen at 1080P and the controller support wont work please help

Those aren't created as Rayman Control Panel mods. You need to create a mod from RCP's mod loader and upload that for it to work. There's documentation on it here.

When I'm trying to open my bundle_VITA.ipk file in rpc, it says: Magic '1635507321' does not match expected magic of '1357648570' what do I do?

You have to decrypt the PS Vita files before they can be used in the Rayman Control Panel. By default all your PS Vita games have their files encrypted.

I tried to look elsewhere, but I don't know how exactly to go about enabling UbiRay in Legends (Steam). Could I get a little help? ^ ^"

Select Rayman Legends, press the settings button and then go to the utilities tab. There on the top is a utility for enabling it. If you don't see it then you have a mod that's conflicting with it. I would in that case recommend first disabling all mods, then enabling UbiRay, and then enabling the mods again.

Hello everybody!
I have no sound in Rayman Legends in fullscreen via HDMI. Can’t fix that. Tried anything that have found from the internet:
1) installing directX and Visual C
2) windows sound device manipulations
3) compatibility mode
Etc.

My PC connected to TV with HDMI (NVIDIA gpu). All other games works fine, windowed mode of Rayman legends work ok. But fullscreen is the problem.
Any ideas?

Is it a desktop or a laptop? What is the exact nVidia GPU model? I found this video which claims to deal with this exact issue on Intel GPUs, but it is probably not relevant to you.
For nVidia GPUs, I found this thread, which claims it to be a problem with specific driver versions.

Also found intel discus, but it’s not applicable for me.

If RCP doesn't auto-detect a game you can manually add it by pressing the + button on the bottom of the games list and then choosing to locate the game

Yes, you select the folder where Rayman Legends is installed. RCP will then automatically validate if the selected folder is correct or not.
