The rules don't specify what to do in case of two tie-breaks, I think we can just give both third-place candidates the ting prize equivalent of a third place.

Yet another unexpected random coincidence! Hmmm well but let's be honest. It's uncommon that this would happen (and there wasn't a rule on two tiebreakers yea), and also very unlikely that both sets of ties would want to do a tiebreaker right (well maybe Greengoop would be up for it ), so yeah this is fine. I'll just wait til the current tiebreaker ends before Tings are given out.
