I just can't get behind this. Coffee without milk sounds like bread without butter. Then again I can't really knock it, seeing as I've never dared to drink a whole cup of black coffee...Hunchman801 wrote: Sat Aug 17, 2024 1:26 am Still black coffee for me. I don't hate tea, but I don't love it either. If I'm gonna have an infusion, then let it be something with ginger, lemon and pepper.![]()

You kind of said it how I feel too. I just can't do it lol. I have taken mouthfuls of it before but I would never just drink an entire cup of coffee with no milk while being like "ah that's delicious". I would rather drink tea with no milk than coffee with no milk, but even in tea I really only use a drop of milk anyway.Ambidextroid wrote: Sat Aug 17, 2024 2:18 am I just can't get behind this. I'm the kind of person who just drinks straight milk by the pint, so I think my outlook is naturally milkward-facing and too biased to make a reputable contribution to this topic anyway.

Tea I can drink with no milk, I don’t know if I can do without sweetener though cuz I’m a wimp.

I find coffee with milk in it really meh, but it's coffee with sugar that I can't stand: it literally makes me want to throw up! I absolutely love sweets, but this mixture of bitter and sweet is the worst for me. Same goes with tea with milk and sugar, it's absolutely horrendous.

You probably won't like pumpkin spice latte then. Which is coming soon to an autumn near you. And I'd probably stick to getting a free one once a week or so from Greggs where even at full price it's half the price of a Starbucks one.

That's a surefire way of knowing autumn's coming, when all the shops starting bringing out pumpkin-flavored things.

Starbucks already put out their pumpkin spice here, and I have a different sugar free syrup in the cupboard that I got for the price of a single Starbucks one.
