Should we create Dutch forums?

Since we have a dutch forum, shouldn't we have the main page https://raymanpc.com in Dutch too? I still see it in only English and French. Wouldn't that bring some confusion to the dutch people if they were to click only the https://raymanpc.com link instead of a https://raymanpc.com/forum/ ?

I guess it wouldn't hurt for one of the Dutch moderators to have a news topic instead. Seeing with a Dutch portal, would put more work on you. So, who mainly runs the Dutch forum?
