< didn't even know before that some people actually don't have turkey at Christmas. That's always how it has been over here.

< generally has turkey for Thanksgiving in November here in the US, but < also gets turkey meat for sandwiches anytime of the year.

< Doesn't think it's really anything like chicken, at least when roasted. Much more like a beef fillet mignon in texture, and tastes more gamey
