I miss the unique internet age of self expression. Did you have to pay for the domain at all or can you just have it if it is unclaimed? The look of the site is really sleek.

Yeah I pay for the domain, which I have a couple of them on hand since it was during a time I thought I wanted to get into content creation, but quickly realize I'm just not into that sort of thing. Though maybe random blog posts couldn't hurt of my hobbies.
Yeah, that was my early CSS work on the site as well, I have ideas on something far more modern in terms of CSS3 code I want to pull off, I just need to sit down and get it done. The work I've helped put into Rayfanpedia had been a good point of inspiration as well.

How much do you pay for the domain, if you don't mind me asking? And what do you think the benefits of reworking the code could be? A better interface?
The tablet is a Huion Kamvas 16! It's very lovely.
For the domain itself is probably $12USD annually, plus $5 domain privacy stuff. This doesn't account for the hosting service itself though.
For the second question, the main thing is updating the style, and reworking the code from the old redundant code that kinda makes no sense anymore. Primarily in the early days of CSS3 you had to do a lot of browser specific CSS codes for getting background gradients done, but now with things more standard, it's so much simpler.
Oh nice, I have a couple of friends who use the Huion branded tablets and like them a lot!

There are a couple of factors here, especially if the domain name is already owned, and someone selling a highly coveted name would charge a premium for the new ownership. After that, renewals should be normal prices. Those prices are primarily based on the TLD of your choosing, such as .com, .net, .gallery, .xyz, and etc. Some TLD's are more expensive to renew than others. If you're ever curious, just look up some domain registrars that will let you see how much one costs.
