This run was during my sub 1 grind period when i failed a bunch of paces to IM and thought IL practices of this Level would be good. Run is not great and only rekki because of branch skip skip i think. I wanted to get a sub 6:30 but i guess it wont happen that soon so i just upload this. Also that IM1 where i had clearly no roll boost but still acted like i have and then wondering why the jump was close lmao.

If i remember correctly Japanese is the fastest version to run the Game so usually it should be common. But then im also not sure how easy you can get this version as well as how much faster it actually is to really care about.

What does “no lumcheck” mean? I assume it’s just turning off the ability to see how many lums you have?

I would assume it means they disable the checks at certain points in the game where you can't proceed unless you have X amount of Lums.

Completly right. Basically a category where we dont care about yellow lums. Woods of light is the only exeption because it would destroy the game or Something. So we still need to collect all the lums there. And if you Wonder: we use a hacked savefile for this so technically its cheating. Still cool to see what runs would look like if we dont need to collect lums.

Is there a glitch where you can process without the lums, and how does it destroy the game?

There is no known glitch to skip the lum check point. The thing is Robin did all the work on creating the hacked savefiles and i have no idea on how it works and how it messes with the game. All that i remember is him saying that deleting the lum check point in woods of light glitches out the game in a bad way or something but i dont know how exactly.
