Roasted walnuts brought out their nuttiness more, so I assume this is similar for most nuts that can be roasted.

I had a bag of chocolate covered almonds the other day (or they could’ve been a different nut, I’m not sure now )

I don't really eat nuts, but I've been working with ground-up walnut shells in the lab. Including turning them into activated charcoal

Surprisingly, several nuts are absent. Like pecans, macadmia nuts, and hazelnuts! Ofc, hazelnuts just make me think of Nutella for some reaosn
