we literally saw rayman sleeping in a bubble for 100 years what? maybe they drive cars (which in the glade of dreams are literally shields) maybe they do sleep all the time or maybe there are many battles many wars? Maybe between the teensies kings we already saw them fight for the crown in Rayman 2.

I'd guess that Emma spends her free time on the Glade's beaches, relaxing and maybe playing some volleyball. Her description does mention that she likes exotic islands, so it makes sense to me.
