Bite-Sized: Tonic Trouble (GBC)
Time to follow up my Bite-Sized episodes on Rayman 1 & 2 for the Game Boy Color with Rayman's less popular younger brother, Ed from Tonic Trouble. (Not exactly Rayman, but Rayman adjacent.) They tried to replicate the gameplay from the console version, but unfortunately it ends up feeling clunky and uneven. But it's great if you're looking for obscure 8-bit sidescrollers to play.

Thanks for posting!
I don't think I was aware of that GBC version and, while I've never played a GBC game in my life, your video still made me register this in my "list of games to AVOID"

Re: Bite-Sized: Tonic Trouble (GBC)
Thanks again for sharing this! I knew close to nothing about this game (we don't even have a separate page for it on the wiki), and while it's clear that I haven't really missed on anything by not playing it, I'm glad to know more about it now.

My favorite rayman fact might be the detail of ed's skull being present in a rayman arena cutscene.

I own this version and for an idea on what I even thought of it, my cartridge is currently for sale on eBay.

Got any offers then?

I think there are some good 8-bit characters in this game.

It's true, this is some good pixel art.

The veggies are definitely my favorite.

I feel that their design is very similar to early Rabbids.

The veggies? How so?
Re: Bite-Sized: Tonic Trouble (GBC)
The once harmless creatures have become crazy and angry for some reason.

That makes sense! Though the reason is different here.
