We set it up this weekend, even if the official day to do so is December the 8th. At least we waited more than other places, where they set it up almost a couple of weeks ago

I really don't understand the appeal of the Elf on the Shelf… When I first heard of it I thought it was pointless, and then when I saw the Simpsons parody of it I realized it was downright creepy!
