The Winnie the Eldritch Pooh I believe is indie stuff. That was made by Universal. If what I read is correct they wanted to incorporate this into their Monster Universe but when it got cancelled after one movie (lol) they started from scratch.

I just assume everything bad horror is related at this point

Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey? I thought it was pretty fun, though not exactly the greatest movie. Looks like they released a sequel, I'll give it a try.

Thanks for sharing. I only get my info from articles I can find (and the one I read recently, I cannot find it for the life of me). So a bit of perspective is always welcome.

It's an extensive topic in which I would have to explain the evolution of the economy in the last 20 years. In short, most of the problems are that, since the 2008 crisis, the big fortunes have more money and people haven't regained the purchasing power they had. Knowing friends/colleagues who have been living in France and Ireland, I can say the prices are similar, but with salaries that can be double or triple what you earn here. So well, in macroeconomic terms we are doing well (even if there are some data made up, such as the unemployment rate), but the reality is quite different. It's a situation quite similar to 2014, if not worse.

Do the places where the most damage is being done to the environment correlate with where the biggest population booms are? I guess they do, since rapidly-industrializing countries (providing for increasing populations) probably pollute the most and have the patchiest regulation. But Europe's kinda past that stage, with some countries even shrinking in population, and yet our demand for gadgets and luxuries is continuing to fuel environmental mayhem elsewhere…

That's why, as a Malthusian, I think the only way is for the population to decrease, not just for it to stop growing!
