No, it didn't. PS3, X360 and PC were the original platforms. Later it got to PSVita.

Kratos is correct! There is also a unique stage (Chamber of the Flame) with a stage fatality. As far as I know, other platforms did not get exclusive characters. However, a simple PC mod exists to make the bosses (Goro, Kintaro, Shao Kahn) fully playable.
