My favorite kind of egg would probably be scrambled, which is interesting since that's not how I answered in the poll, but that was a while ago and my opinion has changed since then, lol.

I answered scrambled in the poll back then. I think this still holds, although I also like omelets, especially when they have cheese.

I apparently also voted for sun egg. I am not bothered by that because it's my favourite type anyway, That on some bread with bacon and sausage is basically the best thing ever. Scrambled is nice too of course, but fried is what I really prefer overall. Boiled would be the most boring for me but I don't hate it either.

I still don't really know how to poach an egg the traditional way but I got given one of those egg poaching pans with the four plastic moulds and used that a fair bit to make them for lunch. Takes about 9-10 minutes but worth doing that way.

I dunno I think your method is much cleaner than the classic which may or may not involve a bit of trial and error since you’re slipping the egg into simmering, swirling water

Yeah I prefer sun egg over scrambled too any day, and that's apparently what I put on the poll too.
