I am also that person. I have no clue what SW is even about! But it's still fun to say it... because why not?
Meanwhile, it's monday morning, I just arrived at my desk and I can only wish for the day the sweet release of death takes me away from this soul sucking endeavor.
And I have just been here for three weeks, one of which had only three days of work.
Yeah! We were learning about the Cold War and I was gonna finish my first piece of my art portfolio but I can’t go to school if i literally can’t breathe!!
I’m just at the start of the war rn. From what I can understand is that the USSR sent spies to Canada, and King didn’t want to make it a huge deal as to not have bad relations with the USSR. But then Truman just… went and started the war with the USSR anyway.
The thing I’m the most mad about is that he wouldn’t just let Vietnam have their independence, even though it went against the American values, because he was all over France’s nutsack. Which, of course, led to one of the worst wars in recent times that many Americans believe they were still in the right for 50-60 years later.
I really don’t get America’s obsession with letting the most horrendous people on earth have a powerful position. If the UK was the same, we’d all be living under Nigel’s Elon-Controlled dictatorship right now.
I feel sorry for the world to be honest. What an unhappy coincidence that the ones in power are the ones who want to see millions of innocent lives taken just to pat themselves on the back and say “my country is the greatest!”
