Re: The You Game!
< Loves this video so much < wishes to emulate this attitude in every facet of <'s life.

Aaaaaaaand wouldn't you know it, < is summoned to HR today.
Looks like this job wasn't a long adventure after all.

Oh yikes, < hopes it's not what it sounds like. Wishing ^ the best.Pirez wrote: Fri May 23, 2025 6:41 am Aaaaaaaand wouldn't you know it, < is summoned to HR today.

When <'s tired and trying to prep for bed, <'s not really in the mood to have <'s eyeball be attacked.
Re: The You Game!
It might have been, but < gets to keep the job. The problem was that during a meeting it started scribbling with the brain on autopilot and, < spares you the details, but the end result ended up being a bit raunchy. I left my workbook open while at lunch (my office is empty on wednesdays besides me. The two other lads work from home), but somebody ended up seeing it and reported it. I guess that anonymous person got shocked or offended or something.
So < is still employed but might end up having a reputation. Also < has been assigned a new project because apparently < has too much free time (yes but actually no)

Re: The You Game!
Well, guess it could be worse but suppose ^'s gonna have to be a little more vigilant while on premises then, <'s glad ^'s not been given the boot considering it's not been so long since ^'s dealt with job hunting.
Also yeah, this is also why < tries to keep a low profile and just power on with what < has xD

Re: The You Game!
At least you didn't give someone an aubergine reaction on a Teams group chat…
< is sorry that happened. Surely what's in your workbook is your own damn business, and it's not like you went out of your way to make that other person uncomfortable…

Nope! He’s about to turn 4! Plus it’s just an integration day.. so technically not his first day, but he was still extremely excited!
