Okay so SHAME is obviously a reference to the show Game of Thrones, wherein queen Cersei is stripped naked and forced to walk through the capital city of Kings Landing while people throw rotten food/excrement at her. People obviously bought the game en masse to throw stuff at their television screens. Is that it?

In the end it's all about the platinum trophy. Hannah Montana was an extremely easy game, and many trophy hunters bought this game to get an easy platinum trophy (or the equivalent in XBOX). However, due to its simplicity, the platinum trophy of Hannah Montana is one of the most shameful trophies in the community, and that's why so many people hide this one, or hide their stats.
