I could vomit then pass out if I had to run that fast.

I’m 8th grade we had to do 800M and I only did 400 cuz I kept stopping to vomit and it took me 7 entire minutes

Yep. I am underweight and have some sort of vitamin deficiency… the doctors just couldn’t find out which!

Also i remember when i had a second asthma attack during gym my special Ed’s teacher said “maybe you’re faking your asthma to skip gym” like what??

Maybe you are anemic? Are your hands cold all the time? Is your skin pale? Pica, apparently, seems also a symptom of anemia.

But i don't really know if your pica is caused by your autism or your vitamin deficiency, so, can't say much; not a doctor either, i just think you maybe should look into it..?
