What are you sorry for?
Well, it was more of an ironic statement. But I did come across many people looking at me in disbelief. Plus, maths was probably the most hated subject in my school.

I loved Maths because it's probably one of the few subjects where I didn't have to study!

I used to be able to get by, but when it came to the more advanced and methodically involved maths I started needing practice. And since I wasn't used to needing to study that bit me in the long run.

Yeah that definitely bit me when I took Calculus 2 in Uni. Unfortunately, had to repeat this class 3 times. :oops2:
Although I admit a large part of it was because I was bad at attendance and lack of wanting to study this.

I hated English, like... A lot! Most of the things I've learned were on the Internet or playing. The classes were simply useless. I'm not being ironic if I say that they were still teaching the colours when we were 10 years old :fou:. Then, when I had to face with real English, it was frustrating af...

Well that was definitely a Thing in the Spanish classes too. Apart from the grammar/ortography/literature lessons, we had to read a book every three months and do an exam about it

Not gonna lie, most of them were boring af, but there were some cool ones. Actually, thanks to these classes I discovered my favourite book.

Y’all’s English classes sound totally different from mine. I’m currently learning about the different between a uptopia and a dystopia

Definitely more complex than the exam I had to do to get in the university.

If I have some time, I'll send a picture of it, I think I have it here with the rest of them!

You explain them, you let the students discuss about those ideas (in English, of course)... And you practice your English skills with a bit more complex topic, and not with the fucking colours.
