The trip only really started yesterday with a visit of Pisa, but I have a lot planned for the next week or so. It's very enjoyable so far, and I've been trying various local dishes as well as more general staples of Italian cuisine. I definitely recommend it so far!

Well, for example, last night I had tordelli al ragù, taglioni with black truffle and trippa. All very tasty!

Mmm, did a quick search and MAN that looks good! That pasta has got to be divine! Never had a black truffle though, I don't think. Wonder if it tastes like a mushroom.
