Now it seems RD was good for my diet, because the scales tells me I dropped two pounds in 24 hours. How is that even possible

Maybe due to the lack of food?

My guess is those pounds represented the weight of God's sight on your shoulders. They vanished when you decided to drop your all-nighter.
