Weird thing happened in Toad Story level

Hey guys, I’m new here. I’ve been playing Rayman Legends for a few months and last night something super weird happened. I was in the Toad Story world (the swampy one with all the big leaves), and when I jumped onto one of the bouncy leaf platforms, instead of springing me up, Rayman just sank straight through it and ended up stuck under the stage. I could still hear the music and see the enemies moving above me, but my character was just running around in the background layer with no way to get back up. Had to quit the level to fix it.
Has anyone else had that happen? Wondering if it’s a known bug or just my game acting up.

that never happened to me. i play the wii u version though thats probably why i guess.

It happened to me once or twice in Rayman Adventures but not in Legends

Though I guess on very specific circumstances the collision can glitch out, especially if it's on PC.
