I had a dream where I invented a new word (Antithiful) and that a plant that was incredibly rare (previously thought to not exist, it appeared to look similar to one of the ones in the Voynich Manuscript) and very poisonous appeared on my school trip bus. It was on the decker below me so I was disappointed I didn’t see it but glad I didn’t get a severe illness like the people there.

I had two really bad dreams... so let's start with the first?

I was going to a movie theater with my parents when some girl said that we were walking too slow, so I turned around and kicked her down, with both feet? After that impossible feat, I ran into the movie theater and went into the bathrooms to hide, but then instead of bathrooms there was a maze, and she followed me inside.

Now, she kept insulting me and saying bad things (not important to the story) and I had to get out of there fast, so I ran through the maze, then suddenly I turned around and put my hands up. She was like "Oh, so you wanna fight me now? Let me go get my sweater so I can beat your ass!" And ran out of the maze

After running a bit, I found the exit, but it wasn't an exit, it was a storage room of some sorts? I quickly closed and locked the door, then found that the door leading from this room was blocked with a chair, so I lifted the chair up and it was full of boxes. Then I woke up, and I thought I was still dreaming, since my heart was beating out of my chest I think my brain thought the dream was actually real and that I was going to get my ass kicked by some random girl

As for the other one, not as crazy... I found these weird exotic animals, and one of them chewed my computer cord, so it killed my entire setup. I was crying in the dream and my heart was racing again for no reason

Man, wish I could have dreams like that. In the past week I’ve had 2 Monster Legends dreams and 1 dream where my mum had another baby with the protein power delivery guy.

WP's dreams sound a bit similar to some I've had in the past. I never really thought they had much meaning, they were just random things, and sources of relief once I woke up… I remember Shrooblord had a theory that my mind liked to come up with weird scenarios so I could see how well I would deal with them. Kinda like fire drills I guess…

And yet I think if I dream about having a boyfriend / girlfriend, I feel relief on awakening because it's one less commitment to worry about

Interesting that you remember what the word was. I remember when I was a preteen I had a lot of dreams involving made-up names for people or companies which I could never remember clearly when I woke up. Probably because my mind didn't actually invent a name but just the abstract idea of one. I think when I got older (probably already by the time I was your age) I started getting better at having actual words / names for things in dreams.

Ain't that the truth. Though personally it's a hard contradiction because on the one hand a relationship is definitely a commitment and something that's continuously worked on, and I don't think I've the energy or mindset for it. But on the other, especially as I'm getting older and my friend group gets more fragmented and distant, being cooped up on ones lonesome isn't a pleasant feeling either...

Literally programming the styling for RayWiki showed up in my dream, I had worked on the coding for the mobile styling last night and it got into my dream. I remember the styling looking right, but some how there was some weirdness with loading the actual images on the pages, they showed up as some file name, but they worked fine for Hunchman on another device. It was weird.

Worst part is, the dream resumed when I got up for a moment and went back to bed...

Had way to many nightmares recently so I'm just gonna keep the good stuff, I played portal 2 in vr and ate some candies, I know I know it's boring but still better than the horrors my brain love to show me

I had a really weird dream on Thursday morning. It involved me going to the village of Cappamore, where there was apparently some celebration going on. Initially I was enjoying it but then I got concerned that there seemed to be illegal fireworks in use. Then I realized that not only were the fireworks illegal, they were actually detonating perilously close to the ground, and some of them even got close to me and I had to get the hell out of the way. So I was like, I need to call the guards here, this has got completely out of hand. But instead of calling 999, for some reason I sent an email to a guy I used to work with, at his work email address, asking him how to get in touch with the guards – then the next morning I got a response, which looked like it had been written by ChatGPT.

It then transpired that all this had happened to Steo, not me, which I guess alluded to the whole "Steo is PluM" joke we had a few days before that. And then he had called the guards, and they had arrested someone. But then it turned out the whole thing had been a dream (within my dream), but the arrest still stood. So then I was worried that someone innocent had been arrested, but it seemed they had probably done something else anyway, I don't know…

The thing is, I can link almost everything there to something that had happened the previous day. I had heard the first part of a documentary on the radio about a couple who were the first to be convicted under a new law, and they maintain their innocence to this day. The "fireworks" in the dream in fact looked like a sample tube I had shipped out IRL last Wednesday, full of carbon/sulfur material which was perfectly safe, despite my jokes that it was "one ingredient away from gunpowder". I had in fact stuffed that tube in my coat pocket while going for a walk (because the shipping guys were away for lunch), so it was uncomfortably close to my body. And on that walk I had passed a power pole marked "Ardnacrusha – Cappamore 38kV Line", which is where the location comes from. Even the guy I emailed in the dream – I had been thinking about him because we co-authored a couple of papers before, and I'd been randomly thinking about what I'm gonna be writing papers about over the next few years…

Had a surprisingly long dream tonight, and probably one of my favourites. So I was on the train home with my friends from a school trip (things did happen before that, but it was so long that I’ve forgotten it all) when I got added to a group chat with my family plus bunch of random strangers who all had pictures of anime girls as their profile pictures. Turns out I’d had cousins that I’d never met or heard about my whole life. Anyway we met up and they sent the kids off to subway while the adults went to a “posh” Italian place. I decided to peak over at the Italian place (which was hidden inside a bin next to a kids playground) and they had interesting music choices; Limp Bizkit’s Nookie followed by some random classical piece. For some reason this wouldn’t be the last time Limp Bizkit made a cameo in this dream. I was walking down a road that I often go to to get to the pub, and I saw Fred Durst walk past me with no cap and a sweating bright red forehead looking very angry, then one of my less-close friends texted me to tell me Fred was apparently angry because he wasn’t allowed to drive a tractor. I responded with bad Limp Bizkit puns like “He ain’t getting the Nookie like that” and “Results didn’t vary from (random other time he got angry earlier in the dream that I forgot about)”. Anyway me and my friend met in a Minecraft deepslate cave while Fred tried to chase us around.

I keep having RPC dreams!

Last night, I had a dream where I checked RPC after sleeping. There was a game thread in the dream called “guess the shadow” where you would put an image in a shadow and others have to guess it (great game idea tbh)… anyways, greengoop got banned because of this thread because he posted his crudely drawn picture of my oc starberry. I remember his message was blank, but Plum had a moderation note that said “Why does she have massive boobs?”. Then another guy who isn’t real had a message under it that was also deleted. But no note from Plum it was just straight up empty.

My dreams are weird.

I had this weird dream last night that didn't make any sense. I'm not sure if this part happened before or after it, but given I remember being on a roof, I assume this part happened before. Basically, I remember being in a school and trying to study or get work done. For some reason, I could not concentrate at all. I would read something on a page in a book, then say ok that's the answer for this question, then the answer would leave my mind, and I'd be like "wait, where was that again". I'd flip through pages but the answer or page I was just on didn't exist anymore. I for some reason remember a random detail such as the tables that were pushed together were not the same heights as one another, one was easily an inch taller than the other one, which I thought was unusual.

I remember going out to get air a few times, then one time I went to get air, I came back to see everything was moved. The books I had weren't there anymore, and I ended up sitting somewhere else. I then got frustrated thinking where is my stuff, what happened to it, and why am I not where I was before. I then remember some teacher (ironically a real person that was in my secondary school), getting annoyed at me for not doing my work. I complained about the situation and said I was finding it hard to focus, and now all my stuff is gone so how can I do it. I remember her getting needlessly aggressive, so I got angry at her too and apparently started insulting her.


That's about all I remember from that part. I'm assuming this next part took place afterwards, and the reason I was on the roof was because I was trying to escape from the school?


I was in some place up high on a roof, thinking I need to escape from here. So I started climbing to the edges and realised there were lower down roofs I could climb down onto. Then I got to the bottom eventually and thought ok nice, we're on the ground. There was someone with me, and I have no idea who they were (I don't even remember a face or anything, they were just there).

Suddenly I realised the grass was extremely long, and I'm right at the edge of the land, surrounded by water. Almost like something in a game like Ark. Literally everything looked so old, as if I was back in time. I'm thinking "we're in the middle of nowhere". Next of all I see something, and realise there are a few horses in the distance. For some random reason, one of the horses starts chasing me, so I'm trying to run away from it and avoid being attacked by it. We eventually get into this little thing like a shack and close the door, but a horse starts trying to break it.


The end here is what seems funny to me because of who it apparently was.


All of a sudden, making no sense at all, the place was suddenly bigger when I turned around, and we were in some factory of some sort. Then I remember having a device in my hand and tightening the screws in it. I walk over to this person, who apparently turns out to be PluM. He was manufacturing CD drives for PCs. I don't even know what PluM looks like, yet my brain decided that it was him for some reason.

The only thing I can take away from this is maybe I need to get back to studying again? The rest after that is just random to me.
