< is reminded of the time < was in school with a sore throat. < tried to call out when they done the role call, but they said "not here again" or something, then someone else said "miss, he's here". Then she started lecturing < like "speak up, you could have been marked out for the day blah blah blah". Someone said "miss, he has a sore throat". Then she was like "Oh God I'm so sorry". That was definitely just awkward for her.

< hears that Stea enjoys PSO from Hoodcom. < Loves that game, and PSO2.
Re: The You Game!
< says that ^ would be right about that. < used to play it on GameCube at a friend's house on split-screen as a kid a lot, and then years later < got into playing it again on PSOBB (Blue Burst). < was surprised that there was a way to just play it on PC like that, and < got into it again. < of course would have loved to be able to own it on GameCube as a kid and actually have internet, but it was just a very fun game overall, even to play it again years later like this on PC.neo wrote: Fri Sep 12, 2025 3:46 am < hears that Stea enjoys PSO from Hoodcom. < Loves that game, and PSO2.
Re: The You Game!
< used to play PSO in high-school, and < got addicted to it. < also played it on Dolphin Emulator, it was amazing. < Would love to play that with ^ at some point, but currently < is too addicted to Final Fantasy 14 Online and the PVP for it.
Re: The You Game!
< thinks that's really cool. < was very addicted to it too but could only play it at <'s friend's back then. < was surprised to eventually realise that it was originally on Dreamcast. Anyway < would also love to play it again at some point, but < will also likely have to have things come back to < after so long away from the game.

< is real late saying this, but glad the headache cleared up ^.
< is also having trouble focusing on <‘s tasks/projects. Truth be told, >’s caught in an avoidance cycle which < has been told by <‘s therapist and psychiatrist. To the point where either < starts and then stops before finishing or just not even starting at all (which has been a really big issue for <). <'s been remarkably distracted lately, <'s focus has hit the floor and it's making work a bit of a pain when <'s trying to problem solve....
Ohhh < can relate to this, <‘s sleep schedule recently has returned to normal. < should be asleep by now but….Steo wrote: Thu Sep 11, 2025 1:44 pm < got up reasonably early today. < understands that feeling also, < keeps having that on and off at times too. Though < isn't actually doing it for work, < is trying to work on some projects that involve programming. < is finding it hard at times to stay focused on them and get things done.

Re: The You Game!
< definitely thinks it's harder to focus and get into working on things when < hasn't had enough sleep. < had to have a nap again today also. The past week, < has been getting woken up early by a new dog, which isn't fully used to people here yet and it keeps wanting a lot of attention compared to the others. The Jonster wrote: Fri Sep 12, 2025 10:00 am Ohhh < can relate to this, <‘s sleep schedule recently has returned to normal. < should be asleep by now but….

< could tell that ^ was lacking sleep, considering how often ^ has been on, even when it's late for <.
Re: The You Game!
Yeah < has a habit of that again ever since < was working on a program for something. < started staying up late working on it, since it's quiet at that time. < still has to get back to working on those projects at some point.

<'s pink username on the other hand – that's gonna have to disappear tomorrow
< was driving through the countryside this morning and heard a burglar alarm somewhere making the "no power" sound. A few minutes later < drove past some high-tension fuses on a pole, which weren't blown. But after looking on PowerCheck, it seems that if < had been an hour earlier, < might have seen them closing those fuses back in after they isolated the fault, which would have been interesting. And if < had been an hour later, < might have seen the fuses blowing again after they attempted to close back in the downstream line which was apparently still faulted. That would have been epic, but it was not to be
< does wonder what it would be like to be driving along and suddenly a HT fuse blows on the side of the road. It must be pretty unnerving to say the least…

< thanks ^. < hasn't honestly been extremely active for the entire time < was here. There were phases where < should have been around more really. < also remembers that when < first joined here, ^ had the role that < has now. < also remembers that ^ moderated for 5 years if < remembers correctly. < didn't even think that < would make it that far due to certain reasons.
