< has basically ordered the Epson Expression Photo HD XP-15000 Wide-format Printer. < knows that's a mouth full.

< was rather pleased with the linux scanning utility you used there. Who'd a knew the utility would generate text one could copy based off a manual!

< was kind of surprised about that, it's just some GNOME software that was supposed to be simple to use. < is on KDE Plasma, but < still just installed that as one of the recommended ones.

< is unsure as to whether < should scan the DS manuals, or the entire Dreamcast manual before putting the scanner away. < isn't sure if someone may have already scanned the Dreamcast one elsewhere (even if it's not on RayWiki).

< assumed that, even the DS one has 36 pages, which < should probably scan, given mostly only the US ones were scanned. What < didn't know though, is that the Dreamcast one has 118 pages.

That's definitely going to take the best part of <'s Sunday evening.

< is only at pages 40-41 now on the Dreamcast manual. < had to go somewhere a while ago, but it also doesn't help that annoying things keep happening such as dust specs getting into the scans, or the scanner just losing connection rtandomly and < has to wait and scan again. Also the matter of putting enough pressure on the lid and manual pages so the middle parts don't look too blurry etc.

< will upload them all at once, < is still expecting more of them.

< really understands this feeling. It happens < a lot with programming, but even tonight just fighting with dust while trying to do scans made < very irritated a few times.

< will most likely also just take it easy for the rest of the evening now, maybe play the PS2 again or something and just chill. The other manuals can wait until tomorrow, even though they will probably take 5-10 minutes compared to the crazy Dreamcast one.
