I've always been a sucker for salted caramel, but most ice cream vendors never seem to have it. Vanilla with some caramel drizzle works just as fine though, so I can't really complain.

I'm not usually one for ice cream, but just as a general flavour salted caramel is up there as a potential GOAT flavour for me. Can be a bit too rich depending, mind you.
