Noting that both Steo and Jonster have the same rank has now made me realise that Globox is a lot lower in the ranklist than I'd expect. Considering he's become the Luigi of the series, to have him ranked lower than the Fairies/Nymphs is an interesting choice.

The logic was based on the Knowledge of the World in Rayman 2, which states that Globox is an ordinary person, whereas the Fairies (later retconned to include the Nymphs) are Polokus' main emissaries, and so hold a much higher rank in the metaphysical ordering of the world. Rayman's still second only to Polokus though, since he's a super-being and has saved the Glade so many times!

Ahh I suppose that makes sense, I think for me personally I always thought it was more in line with character prominence rather than canonical power levels, but I understand that approach.

If you mean the original DKC games, I say start with Donkey Kong Country. It's probably the best game for that system and time. I used to as a kid, under rate that game and hope for Donkey Kong 64 (which I have yet to play to this day), but I realize that DKC is probably the better game. You won't regret it.

Also, today is Final Fantasy Tactics day. Going to play that and have Reese watch as I do. I'm hype.

Donkey Kong Country even looks so good for an SNES game as well. Playing that on a CRT just looks so good that it's almost hard to believe you are playing an SNES.

I actually often leave my phone on silent and do not disturb, completely forgetting about it, then I end up missing calls or texts. I have to start remembering to change that in the day time.

I can't even sleep through the buzzing, which Discord is always fully silent, but for whatever stupid reason, the only thing that sneaks by now and then are actual reactions to my messages in DMs. Not always, but it's probably one of those dumb Discord issues or settings that I gotta dig into.
