Dude I hate this feeling so much. Especially when they’re dead catchy and you try to drown them out with some epic metal but it’s too strong.RayGamer99 wrote: Wed Oct 01, 2025 8:57 pm Tfw a song that you know sucks ends up stuck in your head.
Re: The ‘tfw’ topic
The worst part is when it's actually a really bad song and you don't even like it, but you're going around humming it or something.
tfw you buy something new, then manage to fix the old one.

tfw you've learned what a specific acronym is, yet your brain refuses to retain such memory and you continuously forget that specific one.

Re: The ‘tfw’ topic
tfw you get an email saying your parcel was delivered, but you have no idea which one it is because you've ordered so much stuff lately, and the tracking number doesn't make it obvious
Re: The ‘tfw’ topic
Ugh, I know that feeling!
tfw you get immersed in something and completely lose track of time
Re: The ‘tfw’ topic
tfw you have an acoustic guitar that doesn't seem to be anything special, but it never goes out of tune, even if it hangs on the wall for years.

tfw you're minding your own business and then suddenly you shat out of nowhere.
Re: The ‘tfw’ topic
Does this mean what I think it does? Am I misunderstanding this, or did you just sit there, minding your own business, then hear "frrrrrttt", and think, "oh crap, I shat myself".The Jonster wrote: Thu Oct 02, 2025 5:06 am tfw you're minding your own business and then suddenly you shat out of nowhere.

Tfw you find tuning too hard so you play everything in the same tuning.Steo wrote: Thu Oct 02, 2025 3:52 am tfw you have an acoustic guitar that doesn't seem to be anything special, but it never goes out of tune, even if it hangs on the wall for years.![]()
Re: The ‘tfw’ topic
I'm good with tuning by ear for the most part, at least relatively, but the issue is that electric guitars are so annoying to retune. Once you start messing with them, it's a nightmare to get it right, vs an acoustic.Greengoop wrote: Thu Oct 02, 2025 6:41 am Tfw you find tuning too hard so you play everything in the same tuning.![]()
tfw you don't actually know where your extra guitar cables are to try out your effect pedals again.

Re: The ‘tfw’ topic
Oh god, it's bad enough getting holes period as having to get new socks is annoying, but in a fresh pair? Devastating.
Tfw you get neck strain from not observing proper ergonomic principles

Re: The ‘tfw’ topic
I hate holy socks. I prefer my non-religious ones that actually stay in one piece!
In reality though, I've had my socks get holes in them a lot, and it's really annoying.
tfw you see a good deal on something, but don't quite have enough money for it.
