Well I’d prefer not to add more stress to my life when I already have enough issues/problems to deal with. I have some awareness of what’s happening but I’m not going deep down that hole. For the sake of my diet health.
Given how stress can often cause more health issues, it is best to not add more of it to your life. I for one want you to stay as stress free and healthy as possible.
So back to healthier eating... instead of fast food options for lunch this week, I'm going to try to limit myself to sandwiches, either ham and cheese or grilled cheese with tomato soup. The latter of which I've been craving for, for some time now.
I need to up my time with the exercise bike from 30 minutes to say 45 or so now. I've been using it on max tension, though the one at the office sounds a little grindy so it may just be a little old.
Regarding the lunch topic, the same thing can be said sometimes even about dinner. It's so easy to just order some fast food and be too lazy to cook. Unfortunately, it's clearly not very healthy in the long run.
It's a rotation of easy to make starches (pasta, rice, quinoa) with a seasonal vegetable (in autumn : cauliflower, romanesco or leeks) plus one protein. Chicken aiguillettes are more convenient to prepare in bulk and help with portion control, but otherwise a piece of fish or pork. You can also spice it with cooked chorizo.
In the summer, it's easier to be more creative because you can also prepare cold salads incorporating fruits and bits of cheese. Or just wing it and have yourself a quarter watermelon and call it a meal.
Most times I'd just have something like a sandwich or maybe a baguette. That or something simple like noodles or those soups you make in a cup and have with bread. That's just for something really quick if I'm not too bothered though.

My gosh an exercise bike would make my life easier! Then I wouldn’t have to worry about not getting enough exercise!
There is one in this house, and as small as my room is, I could always still just bring it in and use it for a while, then put it back in my mother's room.
Oh wow, breaking news has hit the weather world today. The first EF-5 tornado in years has been rated, or rather, a storm that took place back in June, 2025 in North Dakota was upgraded to an EF-5 rating. Holy crap.

Hahaha, perhaps. Though I do have another funny one about our dearest PluM and Master I've got to share.

Nonsense! We all know that Steo and PluMGMK are the same person.

I’m surprised people haven’t figured that out about Plum and Steo by now!

I have never seen a tornado. Hopefully I never have to experience one. It’s not as if hurricanes from the Gulf of Mexico (yeah there’s no way I’m calling it “Gulf of America” aside from this moment) are any better. Stay safe if you’re in the area though!

Wow, let's hope you never get one of these!
Yeah no kidding, especially so you still have someone to visit someday.

Thankfully I'm not in that area, at all, but it was big weather news. I had to message my weather buddy over this one.
For both our sakes, let's hope we don't have to see a tornado.
