Don't most schools simply blacklist everything, and only allowed domains are whitelisted?

My schools wifi is weird. Because this website is blocked on its domain, but it lets me bypass when I'm using my own email. but when I'm on school email, it blocks most things. Neocities isn't blocked on my email, but It is on the school emails. My schools PCs also just straight up block .exe files, even with verified softwere for.. whatever reason?

Its fixed now, but on the search bar it would say "unsecure" in big red text. it was rather bizarre.

- Tried to look up transparent globox gifs for my website and the first thing that came up was.. some adult stuff.
- Still didn't find anything, for some reason he doesn't have many transparent gifs.

I had the same issue when I was making my pfp and also the image on my RayWiki page. My pfp had to be cropped out (since it's a special render that doesn't have all the parts to be assembled from the sprite sheets), and the RayWiki one was just assembled via the sprite sheets.
