Re: Birthdays and ages
Thanks Jonster, it was a simple but enjoyable birthday this year. No expensive gifts needed, just a surprise trip to Cici's buffet and a simple undecorated vanilla cake we'll get to today. Don't worry, we'll put our names on it and a candle for each of us!
...Also a bit of Twisted Metal 1 to wrap everything up in a nicely burning car crash.
Let me go fetch the Time Stones real quick and I'll fix the time zones for ya, Steo! Thanks for the wishes, even if time made them a bit late!Steo wrote: Wed Oct 15, 2025 5:01 am Happy belated birthday to both Chronic and Cosmic, because time zones.![]()

Happy birthday to Tobbe, and late happy birthday to ChronicTraitor and CosmicStrider!

I wish I had two Chaos Emeralds to go back in time back to the proper day! and remove Princess Elise further back while I'm at it

Re: Birthdays and ages
Already sent my wishes in Plusses and Minusses, but in case they were missed, a happy birthday to Chronic and Cosmic. And another for Tobbe, I hope he's doing well, no doubt pretty busy.

Happy birthday to Tobbe as well!
Also thanks to everyone else who sent wishes our way today! Even if I don't post very often.

Chaos Control is such a weird ability. Two Chaos Emeralds to go to the past, one to teleport, and smacking enough fires with a speed limit sign lets you fly over the highway for a few seconds.Mortamon Saturn wrote: Wed Oct 15, 2025 8:42 pm Happy birthday to Tobbe, and late happy birthday to ChronicTraitor and CosmicStrider!![]()

And happy birthday to Tobbe and anyone else out there I may have missed!
Personally, I'd go back and remove Sonic Heroes. God what a train wreck that was...Ah, but then we wouldn't have Shadow The Hedgehog. I guess it's a necessary evil?
ANYWAYS, enough rambling from me. Thanks again for the wishes, everyone.

Re: Birthdays and ages
As someone whose first Sonic game was Sonic Heroes (and the PS2 version at that!)...I understand completely, but also ow.
It is interesting how much more tolerant to jank and bad design you are when you're young and you don't know much better. Still I do have Heroes to thank for the Neo Metal Sonic design. It's excessive, but I can't help but love it.
